Hi! I'm Chris.

As your coach, I step in to be the glue
and to help you put the pieces back together
during your difficult transitions.

Because going through a divorce or a career change can be terrifying,
disempowering and beyond stressful.

My job is to give you a toolbox to help you take back the reigns and decide what’s most important to YOU.

So that you can turn hard situations into positive experiences.

I'm here to be your

Fiercely Protective Mama Bear

I have your best interest at heart - always. And I help you remember that too, so when your soon-to-be ex pulls a fast one or your boss makes you work all weekend unexpectedly, we can imagine him (or her) as the big bad wolf who can’t blow your brick house down!

Having been through an extremely challenging divorce and a single mom for over a decade, I get it! This process isn’t for the faint of heart. I’m here to help you through it.

Perspective Shifter

When life gets the better of you, it can be so easy to fall into a funk. Through the coaching process, I help you go inward to take away the blame or judgement and neutralize the situation so you can feel confident and focused again.

My certification through CTI helps you understand that you don’t have to be someone else and you don’t need to be fixed. Instead, you have everything you need to cope. And I’m here to remind you of that inner gumption.

Solutions Finder

There’s nothing like a huge transition to throw off your rational brain. Having me at your side to help identify the root cause of the conflict at hand and come up with solutions that you can live with is amazingly transformative.

In my 2+ decades of corporate experience, I thrive on being the person who helps identify root causes, bridge the communications gap and find effective solutions.

As your coach, I can help you identify the root cause and help you come up with the solutions that work for you.

3 Things You Would Never Guess About Me

  1. I’m a HUGE Lucille Ball and Carol Burnett fan. There’s something so real about these beautiful and elegant women who aren’t afraid to be goofy.

  2. My happy place is by the water.

  3. I could graze all day on chips and dip and never eat a real meal and I would be so happy!
